Laser welding is a process that melts metal instantaneously with laser light, resulting in minimal deformation or distortion due to heat. Unlike traditional argon welding, it produces less shrinkage and allows for various types of welding. Additionally, by using welding rods with diameters ranging from φ0.1 to φ0.6, it is suitable for precision welding and precision buildup welding. Furthermore, our company owns a total of four laser welding machines: one 120W machine, one 150W machine, and two 200W machines. By utilizing these machines, we achieve high quality, short delivery times, and low costs through a smooth workflow. Our work is supervised or performed by experienced personnel in plastic mold and other mold manufacturing.
